2 Tbs pimento pieces, finely chopped
2 tsp liquid from pimento jar or can
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Note: For best results, do not use cheese that is already grated.
